| Resumen: |
The main objective of this project is to analyse the annual accounts of two of the main football clubs in the world: Real Madrid Football Club (onwards “RMCF”) and Football Club Barcelona (onwards “FCB”). Firstly, I will make an introduction of both of their histories, and of the evolution of the football sector, in order to understand better the economic context. After this, I will focus on the analysis of the balance sheet and income statement of both entities, of the last four years (2018 to 2021). I will end with an analysis of the main economic magnitudes of both clubs, making a detailed comparison of different ratios: liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability. |
