Resumen: |
The aim of this paper is to focus on what e-commerce is doing to our economic evolution, reviewing the literature and showing that it is a source of business that can bring much revenue and foster the development of national and international companies and economies, yet still highlight the need to protect the important role that both companies and final consumers play in it. Ultimately, this paper will focus upon the obligation of governments to develop a legal framework to regulate all this activity, without discriminating against one another, in order to promote and not limit the growth of these emerging markets. |
