Innovación y mejoras en las organizaciones Resumen: The aim of this project is to expand the literature about innovation capabilities building process in emerging countries, as there is a lack of information on this topic. Development of emerging economies is an issue of importance for business, as new opportunities for investment and contribution to the economy evolution arise from them. For that reason, here is developed a research analysis on three companies from different countries that are still considered as emerging economies and had successfully land in the industrialized, developed and globalized world. They had to face many challenges because the changing environments in their countries, in terms of governments, trade barriers and other transitions. They also took advantages of the small opportunities they had in order to make an innovative performance, and therefore, a significant impact in their actual and potential customers. All that variables affected the innovations capability building process of each of them. Therefore,the outstanding ones had been displayed during thispaper following previous literature models, in order to contribute to this matter of interest. As a comparative analysis and in order to see how these economies are currently positioned in the world, a little research on innovation capabilities of European and North America had been made, reaching to the conclusion that none of them have significant differences, but there are still things that emerging market countries must learn and apply in order to catch them.
