The gradual rise of technology in parallel with the population’s desire to lead a healthy lifestyle has led to the development of activity bracelets that have allowed us to monitor variables of our daily lives that were previously inaccessible. The present study, based on the premise that physical activity influences sleep, studies the possible correlations and causal relationships between physical activity data and sleep. Using linear regression studies, it is concluded that the type of physical activity influences the different phases of sleep. In addition, an analysis is included to show how the optimal sleep criterion between the machine and the human is aligned, with very high classification results using unsupervised algorithms. The study is presented in a complementary way to the Bip4Cast project in which models for crisis prediction in bipolar disorder are analysed and which allows the addition of new processed data structures, models and conclusions on the influence of various exogenous variables in people not diagnosed with any type of emotional disorder. - 2022 . - 64 p.
