Título : Mindful Change in Times of Permanent Reorganization : Organizational, Institutional and Sustainability Perspectives Tipo de documento: documento electrónico Autores: SpringerLink (Online service) ; Guido Becke Editorial: Berlin, Heidelberg : Springer Berlin Heidelberg Fecha de publicación: 2014 Otro editor: Imprint: Springer Colección: CSR, Sustainability, Ethics & Governance, ISSN 2196-7075 Número de páginas: VI, 248 p. 9 illus Il.: online resource ISBN/ISSN/DL: 978-3-642-38694-7 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Business Organization Planning Personnel management Labor economics Economic sociology and Management Human Resource Organizational Studies, Sociology Economics Clasificación: 658 Empresas. Organización de empresas Resumen: Since the 1990ies, organizations from different sectors have been operating in increasingly dynamic socio-economic environments characterized by unexpected events and instability. Organizations tend to adjust to dynamic environments by change initiatives promoting permanent reorganization. Such change initiatives often induce unintended effects, e.g. an erosion of trust, the violation of ‘psychological contracts’ in employees’ eyes or a decrease in organizational effectiveness. This book explores and analyzes whether such unintended effects can be anticipated or constructively dealt with by mindful change. The latter refers to the concept of organizational mindfulness that originally is linked to risk and safety research, e.g. in respect to ‘High Reliability Organizations’. In this book, organizational mindfulness is re-conceptualized addressing organizational change in the perspective of organizational sustainability. Moreover, it is explored how institutions foster or restrict organizations’ capability of organizational mindfulness in change processes. Nota de contenido: Introduction -- Organizational Mindfulness - A concept for mindful organizational change ? -- Dialogue - A concept for designing organizational change mindfully -- Trust as a challenge to organizational change -- Mindfulness in social change - A societal perspective -- Perspectives En línea: http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-38694-7 Link: https://biblioteca.cunef.edu/gestion/catalogo/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=36139 Mindful Change in Times of Permanent Reorganization : Organizational, Institutional and Sustainability Perspectives [documento electrónico] / SpringerLink (Online service) ; Guido Becke . - Berlin, Heidelberg : Springer Berlin Heidelberg : Imprint: Springer, 2014 . - VI, 248 p. 9 illus : online resource. - (CSR, Sustainability, Ethics & Governance, ISSN 2196-7075) .

Título : Organizational Epistemology : Understanding Knowledge in Organizations Tipo de documento: documento electrónico Autores: Seirafi, Kasra ; SpringerLink (Online service) Editorial: Berlin, Heidelberg : Springer Berlin Heidelberg Fecha de publicación: 2013 Colección: Contributions to Management Science, ISSN 1431-1941 Número de páginas: XXVI, 229 p Il.: online resource ISBN/ISSN/DL: 978-3-642-34194-6 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Business Organization Planning Information technology Data processing Epistemology Economic sociology and Management IT in Organizational Studies, Sociology Clasificación: 658 Empresas. Organización de empresas Resumen: This book presents an in-depth perspective of knowledge as a fundamental process of any organization rather than just another resource to be managed. The author presents a process-oriented theory of creating and applying knowledge directed towards both researchers and practitioners. In this book the author develops normative knowledge management guidelines which draw from a unique view on knowledge, discussed in the field of philosophy since Plato but neglected by most knowledge management authors – by applying a philosophically grounded ‘social epistemology’ to organizations. The guidelines in this book call for an open and reflective space of knowledge creation, aligned with goals and structures of the organization. Numerous examples, field studies, and an application to the main case study on Seven-Eleven Japan complement both the descriptive view on knowledge as well as the normative guidelines presented in this book Nota de contenido: Part I Organizational Knowledge -- Part II Epistemology -- Part III Organizational Epistemology En línea: http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-34194-6 Link: https://biblioteca.cunef.edu/gestion/catalogo/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=36554 Organizational Epistemology : Understanding Knowledge in Organizations [documento electrónico] / Seirafi, Kasra ; SpringerLink (Online service) . - Berlin, Heidelberg : Springer Berlin Heidelberg, 2013 . - XXVI, 229 p : online resource. - (Contributions to Management Science, ISSN 1431-1941) .

Título : Organizational Innovation by Integrating Simplification : Learning from Buurtzorg Nederland Tipo de documento: documento electrónico Autores: Sharda S. Nandram ; SpringerLink (Online service) Editorial: Cham : Springer International Publishing Fecha de publicación: 2015 Otro editor: Imprint: Springer Colección: Management for Professionals, ISSN 2192-8096 Número de páginas: XIV, 225 p. 19 illus Il.: online resource ISBN/ISSN/DL: 978-3-319-11725-6 Idioma : Inglés (eng) Palabras clave: Business Organization Planning Management Industrial management Health administration Economic sociology and Organizational Studies, Sociology Administration Innovation/Technology Clasificación: 658 Empresas. Organización de empresas Resumen: This book presents the theory of integrating implification and it provides a profound evidence based study of Buurtzorg Nederland. The case itself, forming the building block of the theory, has received tremendous interest in the Netherlands and abroad. This is the first international book on Buurtzorg Nederland and the first one departing from a management multidisciplinary perspective. The book demonstrates theory building by using the Grounded Theory Methodology as a way to contribute to management theory. Integrating simplification gives room for context specific implementation of organizational innovation to different industries. One of the most talked about and innovative cases in community care: the successful and award winning practice of Buurtzorg. There is only one simple focus: the wellbeing of the client. Prof. Dr. Mathieu Weggeman, the Netherlands All grounded theories are asymptotic, that is as close to perfection as possible. Sharda has come very close to achieving a perfect Grounded Theory. Read well and enjoy the conceptual level and integration of concepts! Barney G. Glaser, PhD, Hon. PhD, USA Integrating Simplification Theory shows in a lucid and convincing way, how constructing reality based on different sources and processes of knowledge results in new organization creation. Prof. Ikujiro Nonaka, Japan Sharda has seamlessly combined the Eastern and Western philosophies to explain human principles of organizing the reality around us. The book has truly brought out the "art of management". Dr. Madhumita Chatterji, India The humanistic leadership of Buurtzorg demonstrates the Yoga philosophy which transcends the duality of matter and spirit as well as the duality of self and others, leading to radical simplicity. Sharda has provided a fascinating analysis of a fascinating case. Prof. Laszlo Zsolnai, Hungary Nota de contenido: Towards a New Way of Organizing -- Buurtzorg Nederland: Start-up Process and Organizational Design -- Theory of Integrating Simplification -- Attuning to Clients -- Subtle Craftsmanship in Communities -- Intrapreneurial Team Freedom -- Pragmatic Will with ICT -- Leading Higher Purpose -- Scientific Contribution of IST in the Domain of Organizational Innovation -- Implications and Discussion -- Reflections and Conclusion En línea: http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/978-3-319-11725-6 Link: https://biblioteca.cunef.edu/gestion/catalogo/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=35496 Organizational Innovation by Integrating Simplification : Learning from Buurtzorg Nederland [documento electrónico] / Sharda S.
