Sin embargo, nunca había sido escenario de nuevo competidores, entidades que poseen características y capacidades que los actuales protagonistas del sistema carecen, las Big Tech. La entrada de nuevos competidores al sector implica el surgimiento de grandes retos regulatorios. Por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo de fin de máster se basa en el análisis de los retos del Derecho frente la incursión de las Big Tech en el sector de servicios financieros, ante el uso de datos y sus implicaciones en libre competencia.
