In this project I will proceed by analyzing the use of the resources (water and land), how they are distributed within the industry´s value chain, and how these proportions are expected to fluctuate in the following years due to the increase in population, which will lead us to the question: is this growth sustainable with the actual production and consumption patterns? Or must it be adjusted and redesigned?bIt will also be analyzed the impacts that the industry has on the environment, focusing on land, water and carbon footprint. |
