The purpose of this TFG is to analyze the financial information of three of the main global SPA (SPA stands for “Specialty store retailer of Private label Apparel”). These are Industria de Diseño Textil S.A. (from now on, Inditex), H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB (from now on, H&M), and Fast Retailing Co. (from now on, Uniqlo). The TFG will cover the financial situation of these firms, pointing out main differences and similarities among them. In this TFG, the following methodologies will be applied. Firstly, an industry description and global trend analysis will be made as well as an inquiry of the position in the market of each firm. Secondly, an individual analysis of their financial statements will be made. Thirdly, a deep comparison of the performance and financial situation of the three firms will be made. |
