The terms of use of the library’s groupwork rooms aim to ensure appropriate, fair, and responsible use of these spaces.
1. The rooms must be used by a minimum of 3 people and a maximum equal to the permitted capacity.
2. The rooms are to be used exclusively for group activities related to study, teaching, and research.
3. The maximum duration of a reservation is one hour, and may only begin on the hour or half-hour.
4. Each study group is only allowed to make one reservation per day.
5. Reservations may be booked up to 7 days in advance.
6. Multiple consecutive reservations for different days may not be made at the same time.
7. The right to the reservation will be forfeited if the group arrives 15 minutes late, and the room will be then available for other students.
8. Group members may not be absent for more than 15 minutes without taking all their belongings with them.
9. The person making the reservation will be responsible for the furniture and equipment in the room during its use. Any incident or damage must be reported immediately to the library staff.
10. Misuse of the room or its equipment may result in the immediate suspension of the reservation and the application of sanctions according to the nature and severity of the damage caused.
