Each library has different groupwork spaces that can be equipped with laptops, a screen with a computer connection and whiteboards.
Terms of use
The main rules of use are:
These spaces must be used by a minimum of three and a maximum of six people.
The must be used exclusively to work together on study-, teaching- and research-related issues.
If there are other users who wish to use the workspace, the maximum occupancy time is two hours.
There is a list by the door of some of these workspaces where students can write their names to book a slot (for a maximum of two hours).
Each work group may only book one slot per day.
A group’s right to use the slot they have booked will prescribe if they arrive more than 15 minutes after the allotted time starts, enabling other students to use the workspace in that timeslot.
Group members may not leave the room for more than 15 minutes without taking all their belongings with them.
